Walking down Mass ave in Cambridge, MA, after leaving the Middle East and 3 Police Motorbike wizz by, followed by 5 Police Cars and a Paddy Wagon. Then the all do a U turn and come racing back up Mass Ave. While waiting for the bus 2 or 3 more go racing by, all with full sirens & lights. So WTF was going on?
