Amazon sells animal fighting magazines and claims it’s a free speech issue?

WTF?

… magazines such as Feathered Warrior and Gamecock that run advertisements for dogs and birds bred for fighting, knives designed to be attached to their legs, and fighting events in states where ads for such events are a felony. Amazon is the only retail vendor for those magazines, according to the complaint.

So based what these links claims is Amazon’s logic, then pictures of illegal acts is a free speech right. I wonder if they’d try and use the same argument for child porn or some other crap?
